Born on this day March 4, 1947, the late great horror legend Gunnar Hansen was born, Gunnar is who I revere as the 1st Slasher in Horror genre history, to me Gunnar helped paved the way to Slasher sub-genre, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is and was one of the most influential horror films of all time! Thank you Gunnar Hansen for making Leatherface into such a terrifying character! And making some of the most legendary scenes in cinema history!

Gunnar Hansen would have been 77 years old today on March 4th 2024 rest easy! You are missed and loved by many around the world!!
